A little out of the MyDubaiMyCity zone, Mafraq is on the outskirts of AbuDhabi. One thing we really like was the fact that the hotel has managed to remain independent- holding true to it's brand. They are clearly doing something right, as the hotel was miraculously always at full capacity; the Mafraq Hotel re-opened their doors having renovated the holtel adding an extra 200plus rooms.
