You can never go wrong with pasta and pesto! Marta give you the best home made recipe for the perfect pasta dish!
- 200 g pasta (cooked following package´s instructions)
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g boconcini
For the pesto sauce:
- 100 g fresh basil leaves
- 30 g parmesan cheese (grated)
- 30 g pine nuts
- 1 garlic clove
- A pinch of salt
- Olive oil
We will start by preparing our pesto sauce. To do so simply process all the ingredients together until you obtaina smooth sauce. You can keep your pesto in the fridge for a couple of weeks. To preserve it better simply cover it with some olive oil and keep in a tightly closed jar.
To finish off the dish mix in a bowl the pasta, cherry tomatoes, bocconcini and pesto sauce. Enjoy!
