Shari with Fresh Herbs and Limes

For all the fish lovers Marta has got the perfect recipe for you! Easy, healthy and tasty!

- 1 shari
- fresh parsley (chopped)
- Fresh coriander (chopped)
- Fresh dill (chopped)
- A pinch of fresh mint (chopped)
- Salt, pepper
- 4-5 limes
- Olive oil
Simply preheat the ovena t 200ºC and, in the meantime, make a couple of cuts on the fish, sprinkle some lime juice and cover the fish with the herbs and some extra lime wedges, as well as some olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until done. Enjoy!
