Total Body Home Gym Workout - Back
Back is the body part of the day! Rebecca and Amit bring you the third part in our home workout series.
Back workout
Dumbbell bent over row - 10-15 reps - 3 sets
One armed row - 10-15 reps - 3 sets
Lower back squat - 10-15 reps - 3 sets
Choose a weight which you feel comfortable with for each exercise but make sure you're challenging yourself.
Remember to rest for 30sec-2min between each set.
