Total Body Home Gym Workout - Chest
It's the second day of our total body workout and today Rebecca and Amit focus on chest!
Chest workout
Dumbbell chest press - 10-15 reps - 3 sets
Dumbbell chest fly - 10-15 reps - 3 sets
Choose a weight which you feel comfortable with for each exercise but make sure you're challenging yourself.
Remember to rest for 30 sec-2 min between each set.
