Total Body Home Gym Workout - Shoulders
Too hot to exercise outdoors? This week Rebecca enlists the help of Personal Trainer Amit from BodyWorX to learn a total body workout for beginners which you can do in your own home.
We're going to focus on a different body part each day and today we kick off with shoulders!
Shoulder workout
Standing side raise - 10-15 reps - 3 sets
Shoulder press - 10-15 reps - 3 sets
Rear raise - 10-15 reps - 3 sets
Choose a weight which you feel comfortable with for each exercise but make sure you're challenging yourself.
Remember to rest for 30 sec-2 min between each set.
