Yoga With Barry: Positon 6
This is the third of 3 positions to help increase hip flexibility and reduce lower back pain and other pains.
By opening the hips (which are the core fo the body) the whole rest of the body begins to gain flexibility, and can help areas of pain in other parts of the body begin to disappear. The whole body works together, and a healthy body comes from a strong and flexible core.
